These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made through this website operated by THE AUTHORS HOLIDAY HOMES MANAGEMENT – L.L.C (“we”, “us”, “our”), an Abu Dhabi–licensed entity (Trade License No. CN-5275922).
Our vacation homes are marketed under the brand name Chapters.
By accessing or using this website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by the terms below.
Booking & Payment Terms
- We provide fully serviced vacation homes, including apartments and townhouses.
- Bookings are generally paid in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated under a specific promotion.
- Prices and payments may be processed in AED or other supported currencies, as displayed at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways, including PayTabs.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Free cancellation is permitted up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date. ● Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable.
- No-shows will be treated as late cancellations and are non-refundable.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to the payment provider’s processing timelines.
Promotions & Special Offers
- Promotional bookings may be subject to different cancellation or payment terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
- In the event of a conflict, the promotional terms shall prevail.
